Mr. Cluck, a native Texan, graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1993, clerked for such distinguished attorneys as Michael E. Tigar, Gerald Goldstein and James C. Harrington (Texas Civil Rights Project), is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, VA.
